| Kirk Kochte - Owner
Recently retiring from with 20 years active duty in the Navy, Kirk
has spent the last 16 years being intimately involved in the fitness
level of the sailors at various commands. Kirk was assigned to several
ships where he assisted in the development of Navy – wide
shipboard Fitness Training programs and which equipment was most
beneficial to be utilized underway. He also was assigned to the
United States Naval Academy working with Midshipmen and their various
sports which included coaching the Women’s International Pistol
team, assistant coach to the Men’s International Pistol team,
Weight Room Assistant Coach for the Men’s and Women’s
Powerlifting team and was the Summer School Fitness Director for
3 years. While in the Navy he qualified as a Navy Physical Fitness
Specialist and Command Fitness Leader. He was also certified through
ACE (Group training) and The Cooper Institute (Personal Training)
and is currently certified with ISSA (Personal Training).
While in the Navy, Kirk enjoyed working with a wide variety of
individuals from current and former competitive athletes to the
person who just wanted to improve their “couch potato”
lifestyle. Young and old, men and women of all walks of life have
responded enthusiastically to Kirk’s individual stylized programs.
Here in Toms River, Kirk specializes in helping people reach their
fitness goals through proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise,
and safe, effective weight training and flexibility techniques.
He attributes his client’s successes to goal setting, providing
motivation, accountability, and most importantly by having fun! |

I Love Fitness!! This statement exemplifies Sheri. She has been
involved in Fitness for 5 years. She is currently AAAI (American
Aerobic Association International) and ISMA (International Sports
Medicine Association) certified for Personal Training and she is
also certified as both a Kickboxing and a Body Bar Group Instructor.
While attending OCVTS she Placed 2nd in NJ for Kickboxing Instructor
Demo, thus qualifying for Nationals as an alternate. She was qualified
as a Lifeguard and had trained to be both a ballroom and latin dance
instructor. Her life statement is to simply “improve one’s
life style and health from the inside out, through proper nutrition
and exercise vice surgery and pills.” She looks forward to
taking her clients through innovative and challenging workouts that
will lead them to a new and improved self. “Are you ready?
